The Butterfly Queen

Queen of the Dragonflies, more like.

I got inspiration from this when I went down to our creek, off to the side of the house. As I did so, I stirred up an entire field of dragonflies and butterflies. They were all dancing around me. What a beautiful moment.

The moth wing's are from the Indonesian Silk Moth, but I added blue eyes instead of red.

Calista is my baby. I love this character to death. She is so much fun and very relaxing to draw. Not to mention, she can the wings of any insect, along with the rear end of any insect or arachnid.

Ahh, I love you, sweet child of mine.^^
